Rufus Wilson Rufus Wilson was with me for 12yrs. I adopted him from Dream Power when he was 1.5yrs old. He was perfect for me. A real guys dog. We were best of friend, boys.. or what I like to call, we were "Woobba Woobba'a". It's a term used to describe how similar a pet and his owner are, the mannerisms the dog has.. He saw me through all my ups and downs, and always made me smile. I know he was loved greatly, and I think he knew it to. I loved Rufus and he will truly be missed. RIP my friend. |

Gatsby Gatsby to the Bridge
We lost part of our family today. Our beloved Gatsby left us to join his father over the bridge, and he takes a part of us with him.
I still remember the first day I saw Gatsby. He was a “stud puppy,” and when we went to pick him up at the airport, this bundle of black fur greeted us. We were hoping to see a replica of his father, Dawson, but it was readily apparent that he would not be the “the next great show dog.” We knew the “smart thing” to do would be to ship him back, but he was such a wonderfully happy little puppy that we knew he had a forever home.
All Gatsby wanted to do was please us. I took him to a couple of shows where he won the points, but we knew he wasn’t the quality that we wanted to show, so he “retired” from the ring. Shelly ran him in agility, and he did so for her, but it really wasn’t his forte. He needed a job, but there just didn’t seem to be anything for him. He was just our “wiggle-butt,” and part of our family.
Then he met Jill, and he adopted her as part of his family. He even took “Sissy” the Pug as his sister. For him, it was love at first sight. He saw that Jill could use his help and she quickly became his “second Mother.” It took very little training from Shelly; Gatsby just took to being Jill’s service dog. All he wanted was to be with her and help her. He was always the sweetest dog, but when he was with Jill he could also be her protector. He was never happier than when he would help her walk, be with her at the office, and sleep at her bedroom door.
So the little puppy who really wasn’t a show dog, who really wasn’t a performance dog, had found his niche. He obviously was sent to us to be part of our family, and to show his great heart by being there for Jill. My mind asks why a wonderful dog like this is with us such a short time. And my heart answers that he was sent to teach us Love.
He was happiest when with his family. We will miss him desperately, and we know he is now reunited with his father and uncles. Be happy, dear Gatsby.
May the shamrocks fall softly …

Johnny Johnny was not just a cat, he was a little bit human and a little bit dog. He fetched, rolled and wrestled with our dog Harlie, came when called and loved to snuggle. He kept an eye on all the outside activity and would greet every visitor as they entered our home. He will always be in our hearts. |

Belle...... What an amazing part of our family..our alert hound (Treeing Walker Hound) that kept us on our toes all the time! She kept the bears and Mnt. Lions away as well as the Raccoon's. She was her sisters mirror image and the story to how we got this beautiful dog was truely amazing!
While picking up our lab from the vet there stood Belle needing a home and after visiting with the owner I had found that she was my puppy's sister, we took her home and the rest is happily ever after! See you in Heaven |

Daynah Sue Jackson-Dugay Daynah was ours since she was 5 weeks old. She was potty trained by 3 mos. She barely barked or had any bad habits (until her geriatric years). She was very gentle and got along with all people/dogs/cats. She loved going on walks and car rides. She loved being touched. She was a good girl.
I miss her so much (& even miss the things that I thought I would never miss, like incessant barking at nothing).
It is my hope that "All Dogs Go To Heaven" because if a dog deserved it, it was our Daynah. |

Malakai I keep looking for my sweet kitty to be cuddled up in a ball and I see him out of the corner of my eye but he's not really there. He was the best cat anyone could have and had a very long life of 15 years. It just seemed as if he might live forever but I guess every cat loses his 9 lives. |

Our Angel Goldie Goldie was one of the best friends we had. He was family, and we miss him very much. He loved to go for long rides in the car with his daddy and bark at everyone that passed by. He was the best. God be with you, Goldie. May you have peace now. R.I.P. |

Kitty When you left Kitty, you took a piece of me with you. I will miss but always treasure our morning kitty conversations, your sweet head buts, your scratchy little kisses, and your crazy "un-catlike" antics. Also, thank you for always loving me unconditionally. Please Kitty, look down on us and help me keep your brother Snowpea in line! You have gone too soon, but as they say only the good die young. You are truly one of a kind my sweet little guy. I love you Meow Meow. |

Mollie Mollie: 31 Aug 1996 - 16 May 2010
You had a great wonderful SPOILED life. Marty had some depression after you left, but was better about a week later. KJ put you with your daddy today, so the family is now one. KJ sure does miss you a bunch. She helped me make a picture memorial. Ruffles crossed the bridge this week, please protect her. Your smile and beautiful face will never leave my memory. |

Ruffles 31 Aug 1995 - 13 July 2010
I will forever feel sadness for not protecting you. I ache when I think of how you left. Things aren't the same with you gone: you calling my name, telling us when it's bedtime, your morning belly rubs, & the nightly head-butts. Marty smelled your resting place & immediately laid down. The boys have been upstairs more often. Murphy & Mollie didn't expect you so soon, but welcome you...show 'em who's boss. You are now a Blue Russian angel, whole and strong again. |

Lucky Every once in a while God will let us have one of his beloved animals for a short time on earth. He sent us Lucky Dogg. Lucky Dogg was very special, he brought us happiness, love, and a deep friendship once you meet him. There was a unspoken bond between he and I. We had the ability to speak to each other without words. He taught us courage in spite of the pain he endured during his last days. He will always be loved, remembered as a special fellow. I love and miss you Lucky Dogg. |

Patches - Dalmatian/Border Collie Our Patch-a-Pup, vibrant soul! There were never half efforts, everything done with 110% of herself. Even when she was afraid of the thunder/ lightening, she was "vibrant" in her shaking. She was our daughter, our protector and Sammy's big sister who always played to win.
My sweet (75lb) little girl who always wanted to be wherever Mommy was. Super hearing could detect the slightest kitchen sound of lunchmeat or candy being stealthily opened. God bless RIP till we meet again! ::HUGS: |
